Biography
Howard is the BC Regional Director for CSB Ministries Canada and has been involved with Brigade since his teen years. His ministry includes equipping churches and their people to effectively win and train boys and girls for Christ.

Biography
Cindy Fox has taught in Florida, Colombia, and Spain, and ministered to TCKs and international students at Houghton and Asbury Colleges. She has worked with International Schools of China since 1997, first as a principal in Qingdao, China, and now as a recruiter.
